A beautifully balanced everyday kitchen knife, handcrafted in Waiuku, New Zealand. The Daily is designed for chopping and dicing vegetables and fruit, slicing herbs, chopping nuts and preparing meat.
Its carbon-steel blade is made from recycled saw blades, while the distinctive marbled Cleanstone handle is crafted from 100% recycled milk bottles, lids, labels and soft plastics. Finished with three brass rivets, it brings together exceptional utility, considered design and New Zealand craftsmanship.
