We deliver ASEND gift boxes to physical addresses throughout New Zealand, including rural delivery locations.
Each ASEND gift box is carefully placed inside a protective outer shipping box to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully presented.

We know you want your Asend Boxes delivered fast — and beautifully presented. While we always do our best to make that happen, delivery times may vary due to courier demand beyond our control. We truly appreciate your understanding and patience.

Spend NZ$189 or more and receive free standard shipping to one delivery address within New Zealand per order.

While we’ll always dispatch your order as quickly as possible, courier delays can occur — especially during peak gifting seasons like holidays and special occasions.

Same Day Delivery – Auckland Only

Please ensure your delivery address falls within our same-day delivery area at checkout; we’ll contact you if there’s an issue.
South Island Express Overnight
Cost: $37.00
Cut‑off: 2:00 pm (Mon–Fri)
Delivery: Next working day
Excludes: Weekends, public holidays & rural addresses
If the courier arrives and no one is available to receive the parcel — or access is restricted (e.g., gate or apartment code missing) — delivery may be returned to the courier depot. At that point, you may:
Collect for free, or
Arrange for re‑delivery for an additional fee.
Click & CollectPrefer to collect your Asend Box? You can choose Click & Collect at checkout. This is subject to confirmation; however, our warehouse is in Albany. We’ll notify you when your order is ready for pickup.
Delivery Details & TrackingWe are unable to deliver to PO Boxes — please provide a physical address.
Tracking information will be sent via email once your parcel is collected by the courier.
Damaged or Missing ParcelsWe take care to ensure every Asend Box is packed beautifully and arrives in pristine condition. If your parcel is damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours with photos of both the damage and packaging — keep all original packaging so we can help with the courier claim.
If your box hasn’t arrived within expected timeframes, please get in touch so we can follow up with the courier on your behalf.
Orders are carefully hand-packed and typically dispatched within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Delivery timeframes vary by location and are estimates only:
- Major urban centres: 1–2 business days
- North Island (non-metro): 1–3 business days
- South Island: 2–4 business days
- Rural addresses: please allow additional time once transferred to a rural courier
While we work closely with our courier partners, delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
If no one is available at the delivery address, the courier may leave instructions for redelivery or collection, depending on the service used and whether a signature is required.
Some ASEND gift boxes may include alcohol. In these cases:
- The purchaser confirms they are 18 years or older at checkout
- Delivery will not be made to anyone under 18
- Couriers may request photo ID and a signature from a person aged 18+
- Alcohol deliveries cannot be left unattended where age verification is required.
All alcohol sales comply with New Zealand legislation.
At this time, we’re unable to deliver to PO Boxes or individual hospital rooms.

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with courier tracking details so you can follow its journey.
If you haven’t received tracking, please check your spam or junk folder first. If it’s still missing, contact us, and we’ll resend it promptly.

At launch, ASEND gift boxes are curated as complete experiences, and items cannot be swapped.
Custom or tailored gifting options may be available for corporate or bulk orders — please contact us to discuss.
Due to the nature of curated gift boxes—often containing consumable, personalised, or perishable items—we’re unable to accept change-of-mind returns.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and supporting photos.
We’ll assess the issue and arrange a replacement, credit, or refund where appropriate.
If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you’re unable to locate it, please check with neighbours or building management first. If needed, we can then lodge a courier investigation on your behalf.
You may request a preferred delivery date at checkout. While we’ll always do our best to accommodate this, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed due to courier network factors.
Delays may occur during peak gifting periods (such as Christmas, Mother’s Day, or Valentine’s Day), public holidays, severe weather events, or courier disruptions beyond our control.
Please ensure all delivery details are complete and accurate. ASEND is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Once an order has been dispatched, redirection may not always be possible.
All ASEND orders include the option to add a complimentary gift message, printed on a premium card and placed inside the box.
No. Pricing and receipts are never included, making ASEND ideal for sending directly to recipients.
