A beautifully balanced everyday kitchen knife, handcrafted in Waiuku, New Zealand. The Daily is designed for chopping and dicing vegetables and fruit, slicing herbs, chopping nuts and preparing meat.
Its carbon-steel blade is made from recycled saw blades, while the distinctive Critical Cleanstone handle is handcrafted from 100% recycled plastic packaging and commercial fishing nets. The swirling pattern makes every handle unique. Finished with three brass rivets, it brings together exceptional utility, considered design and New Zealand craftsmanship.
