Three grains, three expressions of one Southland farm. This collection brings together Auld Farm Distillery’s 2017 Harvest barley, wheat and oat whiskies in 200 ml bottles. Each was grown, distilled, matured and bottled on the family farm, offering a thoughtful way to explore how different grains shape a whisky. Taste them side by side or give the collection to someone who enjoys discovering something new.
Highlights
One 200 ml bottle each of single-malt barley (46% ABV), single-grain wheat (45% ABV) and single-grain oat (44% ABV). All three are from the 2017 Harvest and were matured in ex-bourbon casks.
